Sienna graduated from Fort Lewis College with a bachelor’s degree in public health in 2015. Health Education and working with children and women has always been her passion. She joined the Wings team in 2021 and is passionate about nature-based learning, giving children the opportunity to learn through their environment while developing a love for learning. Throughout life, Sienna has gained over 10 years of experience in Early Childhood Education. Sienna has completed early childhood coaching training and many early childhood college courses. Sienna brings a lot to the table through her strong leadership, creativity, encouraging laughter and play, and helping to create a positive work environment. She is also a Colorado native, raised in Pagosa Springs, and nothing makes her happier than giving back to the community by building up the youth of Pagosa!
Mariah has worked in early childhood education for over 8 years, with experience at another local center and as a home childcare provider. She has enjoyed playing, learning, and watching the children around her grow into amazing, brave little adults. Mariah completed the college certificate for Large Center Director Qualifications in 2015.
Mariah is a mom to an amazing little girl and a wife to a very supportive husband. She enjoys crafting, woodworking, drawing, fishing, hiking … really anything having to do with the outdoors! Most importantly, she loves being with her family and being silly!
Jordyn has been creating delicious and nutritious meals for the children at Wings since 2021! She continues to support the growth and development of the children by providing meals that meet their nutritious needs, while considering culturally diverse foods. She is native to Pagosa Springs, and couldn't think of a better place to call home. She enjoys the outdoors and spends most of her summer and early fall days in the river or camping in the beautiful mountains with her two children.
Miss Olivia recently moved to Pagosa Springs from Tennessee! She has years of experience as a Nanny for preschool-aged children and she is eager to learn more about the early childhood education field. Olivia has a gentle, kind, and calm approach and enjoys creating connections with the children and their families. She loves to teach children about their environment through the animals and plants around us at our beautiful mountainous childcare center. Olivia enjoys spending her time outside of work crafting, playing with her dog, and exploring outside!
Miss Natalie began subbing at Wings in May 2024, and absolutely adores working with kids! Before coming to Wings, she spent some time caretaking which helped develop patience and problem solving skills that are vital in the childcare field as well. Natalie plans to begin pursuing her CDA (Child Development Associate). She is originally from Texas, but has been in Pagosa for a little over 2 years. She is a wonderful fit for Wings because she loves nature and sustainability in any capacity, and having the opportunity to plant that seed in the minds of young children. Natalie enjoys hiking, making art, listening to music, and baking in her free time!
Taryn recently relocated from Evergreen Colorado to Pagosa Springs. Taryn graduated college at Fort Lewis in Durango and is over joyed to be back in Southwest Colorado. She has always had a passion for working with children and has over 8 years of experience. From coaching girls gymnastics, working as a full time nanny, being a Montessori teaching assistant to spending 2 years in Thailand teaching English as a second language. She has found working with children to be a very rewarding career path. In her free time she enjoys yoga, hiking, traveling and cuddling her cat Murphy. She is thrilled to get to incorporate her love for the outdoors into the classroom and create lasting memories with the students at Wings.
Shelby recently moved from Telluride to Pagosa Springs! She grew up in Littleton, CO, and found a passion and calling for early childhood education while still in high school. Shelby started working in childcare centers at the age of 17. She has 5 years of childcare experience and is eager to continue her education in the field. In her free time, you can find her hiking, traveling, chasing waterfalls, relaxing in the hot springs, and reading.
Mrs. Jessica joined the team at Wings in March 2022 and she has brought so much love and support to the children and families at Wings in her class over the years. Jessica grew up on a farm surrounded by lots of animals in Texas. Her husband and son enjoy spending time adventuring outside, which ultimately brought them to Pagosa Springs.
Her favorite part of working with children is watching their curiosity as they discover the world around them. During her years at Wings, she continues to further her education with multiple Early Childhood college classes.
Devin had the pleasure of working with children for over 7 years, in a variety of settings, including substitute teaching and working as a paraprofessional at the middle and elementary schools. She enjoys basketball, spending time outdoors, and playing with her dogs. Devin considers herself blessed to be raised in Pagosa Springs, and is now given the opportunity to build connections with the young children at Wings!
Welcome Miss Brenna to the team here at Wings! She fits right in at Wings because she is passionate about helping children engage with nature through hands-on experiences. Having relocated from upstate New York to Pagosa Springs, she embraces the beauty of the outdoors and enjoy spending time hiking in her free time. With a background as a yoga teacher, she aims to instill mindfulness and self-regulation skills at a young age with the young children that cross her path at Wings!

Angelique (Bee) is originally from the front range but has spent the last 8 years in Durango, and recently moved to Pagosa. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband, walking her dog, Addie, and reading books.
Bee has been an Early Childhood teacher for over a year now. She has spent most of her life around children, from babysitting and nannying to her own siblings. Bee's favorite part of teaching is watching kids have that “ah-ha!” moment when they learn a new skill they have been working on mastering!
Miss Jordan (JoJo) was born & raised in Texas, and spent a decade living in Oregon and briefly in NM. She is a new Pagosa transplant but grew up spending time with my grandparents here skiing every winter. Her prior work experience has been as a care companion for adults with mental disabilities and helped build skills of patience, nurturing, and caring for young children. She looks forward to supporting families and the development of their littles in a caring and creative environment. In her free time she attempts to bake, listens to music, and dances with her little dude, Rory.
Miss Brighid has always had a passion for working with young children, with over 5 years of experience helping families in the area with their childcare needs. Brighid loves being able to provide a comforting and supportive environment for little ones to thrive, and watching them blossom into their own personality! Being raised here in Pagosa, she has experienced first hand the love this community has for its children and is excited to reciprocate that with the care provided here at Wings!
